Ow my valves.

Today's exams were all excrutiatingly painful. The bulging pain in my right wrist reminds me so. 10+ sides of foolscap later my brain doesn't seem to have any motivation left to keep performing properly. Latin and World History are a hurtful partnership. And I still have 3 exams...

Funga!

Exams begin. Good luck everyone on your exams! :o

This is still one of the most in depth sites ever devoted to Harry Potter I've found. Whichever site can compile THIS much information on the smallest details of the books is amazing, not to mention they have at least 1-2 updates daily by different staff.

About Stuff. Much Ado

Usually with the last two years there are exams which in my mind I know are more of a concern which I would concentrate more on.

However now there's not really any exam that I can say is less important to concentrate on (except for comptuer science because it's an all on-computer test). That's good in the sense that I take all subjects more seriously, but it causes me to be more worried and lose focus easily. x_x

to say. Whee...nothing else

Alack

The first whiff of exams went by...and now it's time to study. More.

I found Spoonerisms yesterday. A Spoonerism a phrase with exchanged sounds to create humour. Good examples include:
"We must drink a toast to our queer old Dean"
"The lord is a shoving leopard"
"Can I sew you to another sheet?"
"We'll have the hags flung out."
(i.e. Try switching the sounds of the first syllables of two words)

Named after professor William Archibald Spooner, he talked frequently with Spoonerisms. Once he said angrily to one of his students, " "You have hissed all my mystery lectures, and were caught fighting a liar in the quad. Having tasted two worms, you will leave by the next town drain." (Quad : yard, courtyard)

I'll chop her into messes! Cuckold me!

Today I went to some doctor who checked my neck and throat area (i.e. it hurts now from the pressure of being squeezed over and over)and apparantly I'll have to get a surgery sometime to remove the tonsils. Ugh...

In better news, exams are coming! Hah...

When you think that New Year's Day it became dim and was repaired travelling it becomes dim? Well, because it does not go yet!
I found it on the Internet and decided to put it back.

School is only causing excessive brain tension. Too much forcing of study. There's this issue of putting lots of tests right before exams...

I can't recall any enriching field trips this year except for Latin Conference. There may have been one I missed. I'm not sure the chance of field trips will increase next year.

Yay, the new computer is set-up and operational. The old computer was basically defunct because it was crammed with viruses and almost 7 years old.

"Asses are made to bear, and so are you." - Katharina

I got my Physics exam moved from the three exams in a row thing, but I couldn't move it onto the Wednesday =\. Instead of being on the day with Comp Sci it's on the day with Chemistry. Darn.

Please release your seatbelt to end the ride

January is never a good year for school. Especially when this year you have exams for all eight subjects, and three of them happen to be on the same day. ;_; All I have coming up until after exams are tests and tests. At least it's not a tests and projects and tests thing like in November.

My calendar will never be the same

It's the Year 2005. It's an odd number now. It's also greater in value than 2004. Obviously, 2004 and 2005 are very different.

Yvonne's party was really great, and Jason's afterwards thing was good too. There was fruity tea. Tea of various fruity flavours. In total that night I watched 3 movies.

First thing eaten in 2005: Baby carrot
First thing played with in 2005: Cardboard disk from frozen pizza
First thing resumed in 2005 after celebrations: Watching The Day After Tomorrow
First time sleeping in 2005: From 12 PM - 4 PM Jan. 1 x_X
