Uh...

Word of the Post

Embolalia:
The use of... um... virtually meaningless filler words, phrases, or... er... stammerings (or so-called hesitation-forms) in speech, whether as... uh... unconscious utterings while arranging one's thoughts or as... like... a vacuous, inexpressive... you know... mannerism.

Spiqua Fruit

School is going along at a nicely moderate pace. The heart dissection went by stinkily (literally), and tests went by uneventfully. It's pretty boring...February. At least it's with the absence of that extra day. Today was Black History Month Day which was percussion-filled and cookie-filled too.

I am looking forward to things like Classics Conference and the Mostellaria filming; hopefully those go well. I have a Chemistry and Biology contest to expect.

In your school films, please don't loop one (or two) particular section(s) of the movie about 20 times, and then showing a few rewinded shots and then a few slow motion shots...making that 2 second happening culminate into 2 minutes. It's painful to watch the last 1.5 minutes after you stop laughing.

Go omnivorous!

Ahh! Just finished a strange homework spurt, attributed to by two Physics lab, busy work package from Biology and Chemistry, Math quest, and that English paragraph thing.

Arthur got the funniest pro-vegan sticker today :o

Course selections! I have to finalize my choice by Monday...at the latest. I should probably not take 8 courses, and I'm torn between whether to take two histories or not. I'm probably going to take triple science and single math.

"I was only mildly intrigued."

I did much better than I would think on my report card. I'm probably going to have a hard time sustaining it...

We saw sheep hearts in biology. The ones we have to cut so that part of it is on a little hinge. I might mess that part of the cut up. I also don't like the thought of being squirted with dead fluids.

They had the exact same colours as wonton.

And holy crap those fetal pigs are huge.

Accumulatives

Today and tomorrow are all "Get-Exams-Back Day". The ones I got today are pretty good. The ones I was sure I did so-so in didn't drop my mark too much. I'm pretty sure the killers would be Math and Physics, and probably English.

According to the Chinese caldenar this coming Wednesday marks the beginning of year 4702, whereas our's says it's 2005. It's the Year of the Rooster. All roosters celebrate! :o

"The sign of the Rooster indicates a person who is hard-working and definite about their decisions. Roosters are not afraid to speak their minds and can therefore sometimes come across as boastful. They make good restaurant owners and world travellers." - Link

"Fu is a lucky word. It is very easy to say it." - Link

Yoko Ono was born in the Year of the Rooster. :)
